Please be aware that all deposits are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to secure your order and cover production and administrative costs from the moment your registration is received.
Damaged or Missing Items:
All costumes and packages are thoroughly inspected before distribution. If you receive a damaged item or if something is missing, you must notify us at the time of pickup. Once items leave the distribution site, Impulz Xperience is not responsible for any damage or loss. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for worn or altered items.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Any participant who files a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Impulz Xperience first will be permanently banned from registering with us in the future. If you have a concern or issue with your payment, please reach out directly so we can resolve it professionally.
